Training: Week 1

My training days will be on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Training started yesterday and the program for week one is:

Tuesday
Easy Run - 2 miles @ 12:17 pace

Thursday
Tempo Run - 5 miles total

  • 1 mile warm up
  • 3 miles @ 10:39 pace
  • 1 mile cool down

Sunday
Long Run - 6 miles @ 12:17
